Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Express and Priority shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email support@mysupdoc.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive RMA: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
- Ship Back: Send the package to the provided return address with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mysupdoc.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Look for a notice from the carrier
- Contact the carrier directly
- Contact us at support@mysupdoc.com if the package cannot be located
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
